  • K-Star mappable switch-over control for VSR. Moves the switchover point from 4000rpm to wherever you need it, plus you can add more switching points if required (e.g. on heavily modifed engines).

  • Specially designed turbo intercooler, - improves aiflow and delivers a greater volume of colder air to the turbo. More power (8-10bhp) and it looks good. price 390.00 plus VAT.
  • Turbo upgrade (chip, NEW 'KKK' turbo, air intake pipe), increases power to about 230 bhp with HUGE torque and vastly improved throttle response, - 2500.00 plus VAT.

Performance gains approx. 20 bhp, 20 lbsft torque. 3 year warranty on module and 6 months warranty (12 on new vehicles) on engine, gearbox and differential of any vehicle to which it is fitted. Available for 90bhp and 110bhp engines.

  • Chip and pulley, - G40/G60 360.00. 25bhp (G40) and 30bhp (G60), plus 20-25 lbsft torque gains. Workshop time about 4 hours. N.B. Pulley will NOT compromise the integrity of your supercharger (i.e. is not too small in diameter, has correct offset, and is manufactured from the correct alloy!)

  • VW re-chips and E.C.U. re-mapping ....

    The theories behind rechipping and the reasons for the procedure are explained in more detail in our newsletters, if you would like copies, just email us. AmD re-chips are widely acclaimed within the industry for one main reason, - they work! The reason for this is that we develop all of our re-chip programmes on actual cars on our 4-wheel drive rolling road. Using the highly accurate DynoPlot data capture and plotting system, we can programme not just for maximum top end power, but concentrate on what happens elsewhere along the power and torque curves. We aim for the best all round performance and efficiency whilst at the same time ensuring minimum emissions. In addition to increasing power and torque output, re-chipping noticeably improves throttle response and eliminates most of the hesitancy and flat spots which are common on many E.C.U controlled cars, assuming that these are not caused by some other engine problem.

    Most engines will need to be re-chipped on our rolling road, but for some we can send a revised chip with our 'best yet' contents for that model/year. To check if your E.C.U is suitable for a chip by post, email us with your car model, year, E.C.U number and chip number.
